How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Stylez Space (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I wish I had discovered these sooner! I spent years experimenting with different products to address my foot calluses, but I never achieved the results I desired. I've tried ALL the products, including regular pedicures, so take my advice – this is the ONLY thing that will rid you of thick, cracked heels. Use it with soap (be cautious not to slip in the shower), start with the dark blue side, then flip it. After your shower, apply lotion. I promise you, within 10 days, you'll have baby-smooth heels, even if you're barefoot like me 24/7.
As a dancer, though not in contemporary or bare feet dance, I occasionally attend classes, and my feet tend to peel a lot. These pumice stones have been a lifesaver and get straight to work.
Yes, the dark blue side sheds a bit, but the results are astonishing. Calluses were practically gone after the first use. I don't know how it works so quickly, but I'm just glad it does. It only takes a moment at the end of my shower. I'm a fan.
I have a footbath, and I use these for callouses and general softening of the soles of my feet. They are gentle yet effective. I add liquid soap to them and scrub away! Voila – clean, soft feet.

Overall, these scrubbers perform their intended purpose perfectly. They leave your feet much smoother than when you started, they are easy to clean, and using them on your feet doesn't result in small particles. They may not last as long as I had hoped per square, but splitting the bar into two pieces can prolong their lifespan. We highly recommend them to anyone who likes to maintain their foot care at home.

I absolutely loved these pads; they made soaking and exfoliating the skin off the bottom of my feet incredibly easy. They leave your feet smooth.
Works well for removing hand calluses. I find that the oval shape of this stone is easier to use than the brick-shaped stones I have used in the past.
This product worked effectively to remove calluses on my heels from going barefoot all summer. I will recommend it to others, but I didn't realize that the item would flake off as you use it, leaving tiny pieces of blue everywhere. It shrinks down similar to a magic eraser sponge after using it.

This pumice stone is both lightweight and sturdy. I had concerns that it might quickly show signs of erosion or wear from using it in the shower, but it's holding up exceptionally well! I have quite rough heels, and I use this stone in the shower a couple of times a week. It effectively reduces the roughness without requiring excessive scrubbing. You may want to follow up with a smoother foot file and some lotion afterward. Overall, I'm delighted that I purchased it! -J
Unfortunately, pieces of these stones crumble off every time I use them. Additionally, they don't excel at smoothing feet.
These are fantastic. It's important to dry scrub your feet before wetting them.
